Dream Driven Life – Cancellation/Refund/Late Policy

By purchasing a call(s) or package(s) you acknowledge and agree to the following:


No refunds are available under any circumstances.  Once you have paid for your call(s) or your package(s), the fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

By purchasing any call(s) or package from Dream Driven Life/Daphne Patterson, you acknowledge that there is a 24 hour (business days) cancellation policy. Calls rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered forfeit and the fees will not be refunded. Should you need to reschedule a call, please contact Daphne at daphne@daphnepatterson.com with as much notice as possible (minimum 24 hours – business hours Monday-Friday). No exceptions will be made.


Elevation Sessions:

By purchasing the Elevation Sessions you agree that the total of 6 calls must be completed within 7 weeks of beginning (this allows one week of flex time in case there is a scheduling conflict).

By purchasing the Elevation Sessions using the payment plan option, you acknowledge and agree to pay $300 USD to reserve your spot, book your first call, and begin sessions, and to pay the remaining $300 in full once our second call is complete. If you fail to pay the remaining $300 within 5 business days of our second call, and upon receipt of my request for your final payment, your remaining calls will be forfeit and no refund will be issued, nor will any fee adjustments be made.

During the 6-7 weeks of our time together, e-mail support is included. This does not mean, however, that e-mail support is unlimited. How much email support? I'm here as a sounding board and to provide guidance in between our calls. If, however, you are needing email support more than one to three times in between each call, then we will have to discuss either reducing the number of emails or arranging an additional support package for you which would require an additional fee. I want you to feel supported and to know that I am available, however, this measure is put in place to ensure that all of my time is not being dedicated to email work.


Late Policy:

If you are going to be late for a call, please contact me immediately at daphne@daphnepatterson.com

Due to the length of our calls (45minutes), if you are less than 15 minutes late, we will begin our call when you arrive, but we will still end on time. If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late for our scheduled call, that call will be considered forfeit and will not be eligible for rescheduling, nor will a refund be issued. 

If I am forced to be late for our scheduled call, due to emergency circumstances, I will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of rescheduling our call, or beginning our full length call late, if time permits. 

I value your time, and I expect the same courtesy in return.

I am committed to engaging in our calls and supporting you during our time together, however, due to the nature of this work, I cannot make any guarantees of outcome.
